This 4 week online program is a collaboration project, bringing you the balance and interconnection needed to embrace a holistic lifestyle.
What does holistic mean?
‘Characterized by the belief that the parts of something are intimately interconnected and explicable only by reference to the whole.’
During the course we will focus on your Physical, Mental, Emotional, Social and Spiritual needs and what it means to ensure every aspect is working together to make THE WHOLE YOU.
START DATE: Monday 25th May
CLASSES SCHEDULE: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (1 hour classes)
1-1 LIFE COACHING SESSION: At a time to suit you over the 4 weeks. Afternoon/evening.
WEEKEND COMMUNITY CHAT: Sundays 3pm
Email support from me throughout the length of the program. Plant-based recipes and e-books will be emailed to you for you to use whenever you choose.
